What We Do

Construction Project Management Support
  • Construction Superintendent, Coordination, Supervision and Inspection
  • Technical co-ordination and over all supervision of large-scale projects, contractors and trades
  • Design and Engineering Review, Quality Inspections of mechanical, civil, piping, welding, instrumentation, fixed and rotating equipment process systems,
  • Worked with various government ministries and codes/ standards, TSSA Boiler and pressure vessel Division. MoL, NFPA, API, FM Fire suppression systems, Building/Plumbing/Fuels/Gas
  • Experienced in maintenance and engineering, QA/QC, NDT, Predictive (PDM/) Preventative Maintenance (PM), Vibration analysis, Thermal Imaging, lubrication analysis and rotational equipment integrity programs, Instrumentation & controls, roofing
  • Particularity adept at analyzing and solving difficult design and construction problems with simple cost-effective solutions
  • Leadership skills with key strength is ability to recognize potential areas of concern often overlooked, work conflicts and identify necessary solutions to eliminate issues that may impact the project
  • Collaborate at all levels, share information, ideas, promote alternative solutions, suggestions, and processes to improve overall performance and productivity in order to meet tight time restraints
  • Work well with all contractors and trades, with varying levels of competency/skill, to ensure the job is completed to the required specifications and health/safety standards
